MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR AGENTS AND STAFF:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 2 or 4-year college degree (preferably in business, technology, real estate, engineering or law-related field)
- Minimum 2 years experience as a licensed Realtor with an annual average of $2M+ in closed sales volume
- Solid grasp of financial aspects of buy & sell transactions (will provide world-class financial training for the right person)
- Professional communications skills – written and oral
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- Client-driven, not commission-driven (we believe that if you’re client-minded, the other will naturally follow)
- Positive attitude
- Likes to have Fun
- Team-player
OTHER
- Corporate office experience is a plus
- Computer savvy (Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferred, but will train Beginner-level candidates).
